Mr. Mr. SNSD Preview

Okay so Feb. 24th, SNSD released their album digitally (Worldwide) with the carrier single Mr. Mr. and then Feb. 26th 2ne1 released their album Crush with the carrier single Come Back Home. I have been watching these two albums on charts and I must say without any bias that 2ne1 is still slaying the chart after 24hours release while SNSD can barely manage to do it for 24hours. Why?

I honestly don't know. 

LOL.

To be honest and without any bias I really like Mr. Mr. album than Crush - this is a mini album by the way. It composed of 6 songs 1 ballad and the rest are like electro-pop, dance songs mostly.

Why do I like it than Crush?

1.) Mr. Mr. is something new for SNSD. When you hear it the first time you'd never even think that SNSD sang this. It doesn't have a hook lyrics unlike "Gee gee gee gee baby" or "Sowoneul Maraebwa" except maybe for the "Mister..mister" lyrics everything is really different from their previous release. And I like it.

2.) The vocals are awesome. Let's be real, Taeyeon, Jessica, Tiffany and Seohyun are really powerful on this song. They have different tone of voice but they match well on this song perfectly. Taeyeon being the lead singer is very impressive although I really have to watch the live performance (which is still gonna be a week from now - March 6th) and see if they would nail the vocals like in the album.

3.) It's classy. I have mentioned this on Instagram and I must say it's not a cheap kind of song like the previous release. Yes, it's not Gee that took the mass appeal. It wasn't Genie that made all the boys salivating but seriously, Mr. Mr. is a very classy album. 

4.) I have seen SNSD from how they started and I must say this is growth. And I know this is what they want. And that is what I want as a listener too - Maturity. The song is not like I Got A Boy and is better than IGAB. You can feel that they're no longer the girls who sang cutesy steps in Gee and Kissing you.

5.) I like that aside from growth I undestand that what SNSD wants is to try something that people do not expect them to be. When the Mr. Mr. teasers were released people were like "oh, another sexy concept" because that is the trend now. But apparently they didn't go to that route and I guess SNSD will never go to that route. SNSD is aiming to lead. They're the number 1 girl group whether you like it or not. They will try something new and keep on trying something new so that audience would know that KPOP is not JUST about cutesy, sexy, rapping and all.  Even if it's a success or not as long as they would try something new you would know that SNSD have tried that already. They aren't scared. And I bet if this album will not be a success then KPOP will be the same as what it is now. They keep on following the same concepts. Which is more disappointing.

My favorites so far on Mr. Mr. album are:

1.) Goodbye - geez, their vocals is soo good! i could listen to it all day long. the depth of their voices is awesome and my Hyo yeon finally got decent lines on this song. 

2.) BackHug - I love the serenity of the song, and the title itself is really sweet "you cover my heart". I think this would be my long time favorite on the list I have for SNSD's ballads

3.) Mr. Mr of course given that again it's something new and vocals are amazing!

4.) Wait a Minute (OMG) this is really chic classy song. love the chorus, it's playing in my head like Mr. Mr. Although my favorite is Goodbye but this song is really catchy.

I hope people would grow up and also give chance to something that they are not familiar of. And if you do not like the song then please don't hate on the people singing it or the management company. It really doesn't make sense :) 

February 2014 - isn't it amaazing?

So, I know I have not been posting for a long time already. LOL and I actually have a lot of things to say since the last week of January but I just didn't have enough time ( tardy) to finish the drafts that I have. I wish I could break it down for ya. Well, I know I have missed a lot and today I was super inspired by a new blog from one of the most respected hosts in her generation and truly smart Bianca Gonzales. I admit that I am not her fan but her wit and intelligence really is admirable, I wish I could be like her in terms of blogging. LOL. Now I have an official role model in-terms of blogging and I needed that so I can be motivated to blog more.

Few things that I missed and will put it on my top 5 picks instead are the following.

1. My Top 5 Songs of the Week - I have already made a draft about this but I didn't get to finish it so I will just make a quick 5 picks for you.

• Ringa Linga by Taeyang, still on top of my playlist for now. It's too alive that I cannot help but dance and sing to it. char!
• Everytime by Britney Spears - yes I know it's old. But this mellow song is really memorable and calm that can help me relax and think a lot. Forever a Britney Spears fan!
• Never Gonna Let You go by Sergio Mendes - another new song (LOL) I can really relate to this song by it's lyrics and melody. It is such a classic piece!
• That Man by Hyun Bin - I do not mind repeating this song over and over again. That husky voice is really sexy and romantic and I keep on thinking about the Amazing Couple that I ship hard.
• Let it Go by Demi Lovato - the lyrics. Seriously captivates me. I so can relate. :)

2. My Ha Ji Won addiction. LOL I don't know but I am more drawn to her every time and even Hyun Bin! LOL I really want them together and how I wish that time will come soon that they would admit their relationship. LOL. Yes that is my bias side talking.  Aside from that I am so hooked with Empress Ki lately that for some reason I never got bored and I do not want it to finish! LOL Before I hated Mondays because I have to go back to work but nowadays I am looking forward for Mondays because it's the airing of Empress Ki and I get to read spoilers on Soompi forum so I would know what would happen and would prepare my heart for the sadness and excitement on next episodes. Yeah. I am a cheater like that :P

3. I was supposed to blog about this on February 1st when SNSD and 2ne1 confirmed their comeback supposedly within this week. SM made an announcement first about SNSD's comeback. Supposedly February 19th which is today, is the release of the "Mr. Mr"'s MV and then the full album will come out on February 24th. So, YG confirmed that 2ne1 has the same date for the album to come out but will be released on midnight the 24th. How wise SM was because they have pushed back the come back of SNSD due to "corrupted MV file" which of course very meh excuse just to go head to head with 2ne1. Because of course, they should be thinking if SNSD will come back first then when 2ne1's come back take place the SNSD will get ousted from the charts, although we do not know how long but will surely be ousted knowing 2ne1 are digital monsters too! So, SM has yet to confirm when it will be released and go head to head whenever that is. That will be amazing right? :O

4. Valentines day. I lost my cellphone on February 14th. Like it broke my heart but then God was so good because within 24hours it got returned to me. This was actually posted on FB and I talk about it for every day for three days! LOL people kept on asking me how I did find my phone when it was like 1/10 people would be able to get their phone back from being lost/stolen.  So I was like very hyped and told everybody how I got it back, nevermind how I lost it. That was like one of the amazing events that I have in my life knowing how much attached I am with my phone. LOL. So, this is one of the most unforgettable experiences that I have ever. It taught me how to trust and have more faith in God (because I felt like that was a test), always be cautious and careful of your belongings and always be thankful! :) 

5. I feel so loved this month. Haha. That's kinda lame right? But seriously, from God finding my cellphone. From my parents that has been so supportive with everything even if they do not want me to but they are slowly trusting me enough with my lovelife and professional life. And friends that has been showing so much care for me. Especially when I lost my phone. LOL I know they know who they are. :) 

Thank you Lord. Thank you for the blessings, gift of life and the people I am surrounded with.

Lee Seunggi and YoonA

My first blog for this year..for some reason I feel double excited seems like everything so far is great. Apparently, it is not about me but my biases LOL.

Today, January 1st, 2014. Dispatch has reported that Im YoonA of Girls Generation and Lee Seunggi are dating - for four months! I-WAS-SO-SHOCKED-LIKE-YEAH!!!!!

Why am I happy?

1st. They are in a relationship! Two of the biggest and influential stars in Korean Pop/Drama are dating!! OMG!!! And they have been dating since September so that makes it four freaking months already!!! OMOOO!!

2nd. Lee Seunggi and Yoona! waaaah! I have been shipping them for a long time eversince Lee Seunggi admitted that his ideal type was YoonA. 
Although that actually stopped when Seunggi said that after working with Ha Jiwon, he started to like her and LSG and HJW's chemistry was really undeniable but I just couldn't ship them both because of YoonA. 

3rd. SM admitted it in a few hours only! That was a big WOW for me too! Like how can they just confirm it like that? When most of SM artist's scandals were denied most of the time. They would say it's a hoobae-sunbae relationship or friends, or just oppa-dongseng relationship. If I remembered it right they have only confirmed Shinee's Jonghyun and Shin Shi Kyung's relationship but Sulli - Gaeko and Onew -Jung Ah were denied. Even Victoria and Changmin! ses!

Although if I would be SM's manager it wouldn't really make any sense in denying it. First, it's LEE SEUNGGI!!! Seunggi is one of the most popular if not the biggest star in Korea at this time, having a good reputation like him is admirable. He has been known as a gentleman and genuine person. He has won a lot of surveys because a lot of people like him and he is very much respected too. In terms of music, he even went up against SNSD before although he lost but his awards are also daebak! As an actor? He has always had top rating dramas and awarded host in variety shows too! And on the top of that..being the #1 CF endorser in Korea! That is Lee Seunggi..so why would SM deny?


Of course Yoona is not just an idol, she's also something. Being one of the prettiest faces in Korea and in Asia, an awarded actress even if she's just new. She's also a top CF endorser, and of course the center of the #1 Girl Group in Asia -if not the World (now). Our Im Choding is also something you know!

We can already put them in an A-List couple! SM for sure would be happy because it will be a boost of their market and of course people will anticipate SNSD's comeback this first half of the year. Whatever the outcome maybe it would surely be an effect of the publicized relationship of Yoona and Seunggi.

4th. The reaction of the netizens and Korean people were awesome! And to be honest I haven't heard of any bad comments reading on different articles so far. Even reviews on blogs were great too and it has also risen us the #1 search item on different portals in Korea! Like whoooaa!! They're really something! Recently LSG did the Gu Family Book with Bae Suzy and the hot kissing scene they had in the forest was really shocking..shocked everyone! It was LSG and Suzy's first real kissing I think. But because of that a lot of people have been shipping them already. They even won the Best Couple on the recently held 2013 MBC Drama Award. But after the news broke, it seems like LSG and Suzy couple has also turned their admiration to the now couple LSG and Yoona! Awesome right? :) 

5th. This is the first scandal of Lee Seunggi. Meaning, he's very clean and true. While Yoona although she has been linked before (with not to mention PSY, and that was ridiculous) but YoonA is also known to be very good natured woman. I am pretty sure that they would make up a good couple. I am so excited for both of them and hopefully they would last or even get married. 

I really wish they could last forever, because they are just both awesome people. I bet Soshi's are envy now. LOL if they are not dating too. But I doubt if they dont. I am pretty sure that all Soshi members agreed with Seunggi especially these cams below. They approve! :) 

Now that Seunggi is almost up for military enlistment, he wouldn't be that sad anymore because he would have someone who will wait for him when he gets out. And our dear Yoong for sure is pretty loyal <3 omg!!

i am so happy i cannot contain it. wahahha

I hope this is just the beginning, cannot wait for the rest of them to be exposed too. I totally support! :)

Top 5 Korean Actresses

I have been a fan of Korean dramas for like over 5 years now and I think it's time to share my Top 5 Korean Actresses (Actors to follow) on my blog since I am so into it and at the same time I have so much things to say. LOL

So here is my bias list:

1.) Of course my girl crush Ha Ji Won!! I am not crushing her for nothing okay? She has been amazing to my eyes more and more I see her. Currently she is starring Empress Qi an MBC drama and of course she's super great at it! She has starred top rating shows before like Damo, Hwang Jini, Secret Garden and King 2 Hearts. What amazes  me about HJW is that she's very versatile and she's very passionate about her craft. Did you know that she actually studied in less than 3months for all the roles she have been to? Example Hwang Jini, she had to practice Geomungo , had to practice dancing korean folk dances with professional trainer and had to cross the wire over 10ft high from the ground. Awesome right? She also had a movie wherein she was a boxer - Miracle on 1st Street - and she was also trained for that. Not only she had to learn but she also fought against a real boxer on the film. She lost of course but she was awesome like a pro in boxing. She also did aerobics on Sex is Zero and competed like a real finalist, she was told that if she could have practiced for 3months then she could be in national finals for real. And then of course horse backriding, sword fighting, sorts of martial arts, scuba diving, and ping pong. Really an amazing yeoja. She's already 35 years old but she does look 25 years old for me. like, seriously..no joke! Oh I have so much to tell about this lady so I have to stop or else you wont know the rest on the list. LOL

2.) Park Shin Hye this girl is really a tear-jerker. She is awesome on heavy dramas, although I don't really see her as very pretty unlike her characters but other than that I really like this girl. She's very vibrant though and really talented.Among her works that are my favorites are the recently concluded The Heirs (w/ Lee Minho) and Miracle on 7th Cell.

3.) Son Ye Jin - it's funny but this woman really reminds me of my older sister. Must be her nose? LOL but kidding aside, this girl also is great in acting. She's amazing in A Moment to Remember which was one of my favorite movies of all time. I cried so hard! I feel like this girl is really nice personally, I want her to be my sister. Hahah Personal Taste was one of my favorit K-dramas too, it's because of her cute personality.

4.) Song Hye Kyo - she was like my first favorite actress before I met HJW LOL. It's already given that she is very pretty. One of the prettiest in the world! Her Endless Love and Full House were like my favorites eversince. I'd have to say she's like Park Shin Hye for me, although I kinda relate to PSH more because of age? But this girl is also a tear-jerker on her works.

5.) I am not even sure why she is the last but looking at the list she may be is my least favorite from the 4 above hahah but I love her anyways. Yoon Eun Hye. Man she was perfect for Coffee Prince also one of my favorites. Although I think that was really the remarkable story she had ever made, I still think she is an awesome artist even if originally she was on an idol group (Baby Vox). 

Sorry but I don't think I can stop there LOL. I have to put my runners up. LOL

Among the runners up list I also like Han Hyo Joo from Shining Inheritance, and then Moon Chae Won also from Shining Inheritance and Innocent Man. Park Bo Yong is cute from Wolf Boy, and Song Ji Hyo because she's totally different when portraying her roles from Jumong, A frozen flower to Runnng Man! LOL not to mention but I think she's the sexiest on the list aside from Park Shin Hye. But I prefer Ha Ji Won's more :) <3

Top 5 Songs of the Week

On my way home yesterday I have decided to do the Top 5 songs of the week because I realized there are so many nice songs I get to listen to for the past week. So today, I am sharing to you my top 5 favorite songs of the week!

1.) Ringa Linga by Taeyang - I am so addicted to the chorus of the song! LOL I always find myself LSS'ing wherever I go. Of course I don't understand the lyrics but the video is really awesome. I never followed Taeyang before on his solo perf/debut but the dance routine of this song and his performances are really Ama to the zing! :) Okay, as mentioned before this song was composed by GDragon, but I am not choosing this song because I am a GD bias okay? This song really has a good range from Pop to RnB and HipHop. 

2.) Perfume by Britney Spears - I have followed Britney since I was a toddler - joke! - since Elementary days, and I can see how much she have grown as an artist/singer. Of course I just realized that now from her old -previous releases. There is really something different about this song, in tagalog pa..walang tugma, walang sukat, malayang taludturan. deep huh? Yeah, this song is really not just a song, it's just like she was just telling a story about a love triangle and woman instinct. Her voice has also matured, not the weak tone anymore. There were people who said that it doesn't sound like Britney but it really is BS. I know she can sing seriously like this and I hope she gets to release these kind of songs. Something serious, something that would show what she can do as a singer.

3.) Arthur's Theme (Best that you Can do ) by Christopher Cross - remember those rainy nights from High School/College when you couldn't sleep or you have to study and you feel like turning on the radio just to sooth yourself  until you could fall asleep? This. This is one of the go-to songs I could listen to. I never knew the title of the song really until I decided to search for the lyrics. Who would have thought the title is Arthur's theme? lol. So yeah, a feel good song. I could listen to it over and over on silent night. I hope to find and realize these kind of songs so I could download it and grow old with it. Classic.

4.) Adore You by Miley Cyrus - no judging please! I aint fan of Miley yet. But you have to admit, and I have to admit that this girl has grown too! Forget about Hannah Montana okay! Miley is making her own name be known through her music. If you have been following my top#5 song picks you'd know that I have been selecting her songs. From We Cant Stop, 23, SMS , Wrecking Ball and then this. She really got me with these songs, of course you wont have to agree with me. This song is really something, it's also the type that would grow on you, the lyrics is simple but deep. Although I do not really like Miley Cyrus live performances, I think I could listen to this song without getting tired of it. 

5.) Alone by Sistar - This is a KPOP song. And although I never liked SISTAR I have to give them props to this song for giving perfect justice in terms of vocals, rapping and choreography. No wonder it was a big hit! and yes, past tense - because this was released on 2012. I think this was also one of their rise to fame songs alongside Loving You. As for Vocals we have to admit that Hyorin is one of the best voices in KPOP ( I am not a fan of her voice really, it's sometimes hurt my ears!) Soyou is also a decent singer that is a good support to Hyorin's. And then Bora - although this girl is not a great rapper like CL but her voice is just perfect when rapping. And of course the choreo - it's just sexy I couldn't help my self but dance - inside my mind LOL. 


That wraps up my top 5 for this week. Hopefully I get to discover new songs for next week so I wont get bored! LOL . I hope you could listen to the songs above too ! ;) Hanggang sa muli.. paalam! :)

Why I love KPOP!

If you haven't noticed yet, but I am super fan of KPOP - Korean POP (music). Well, actually just a few artists. Today I am going to list the top 5 reasons why I love KPOP!!! Well, it hasn't been that long that I have been a fan.. maybe around 4 years when Gee era started. So here it goes:

1.) SNSD - while I was trying to explain that they are not my first bias, or they were not the reason why I got into KPOP but actually, they were the reasons. LOL. I have known SNSD since 2009 and although I wasn't that much of fanatic then they were the one who pushed me to get into KPOP. This is a group of 9-angels.. no goddesses! These girls are really amazing individually so what do we expect? I actually have a lot of reasons why I love them I could post a separare blog for that! LOL

2.) Music - Catchy is the word. Although you do not understand the lyrics but it's either the chorus is in english, or the chorus is repeating, or the melody is just easy to remember!

3.) KPOP Fans - I haven't seen fans like the KPOP has. Geez, they're crazy! LOL. When their biases perform you can hear the loud fanchants! glowsticks that would light up venues like domes! They have a huge support from YT viewing and votes online! And for foreigners, even if we have different time zones, fans know how to work it in Korean time! Adik dbha? They are very passionate!

4.) Dedication of Idols - you can really see the dedication of these so-called Idols... Although the word Idol is something really low in their world .. but they all deserve to be called Artists. The hierarchy is from idols -> actresses -> artists. But mind you all of KPOP idols were trained not less than 1-2 years! They were trained and working their butts off like forever! They have to do their best on their training just to debut. That is why most of the KPOP idols really are good in terms of performing live! There are always discrimination about not performing live, but you would understand because they mostly dance like crayy!!

5.) The industry itself. This is actually something to be envy about.  KPOP idols can guest wherever they want, which channels, which music station, shows, variety shows. Although they have channel rivalries but the idols are allowed to guest anywhere unlike in the Philippines when artists/idols can only stay and do shows on their home networks. Kpop doesn't have like that. That may be is the reason why KPOP is known because all channels can view/use/expose them. I get sad because Philippines have amazing artists too but they are isolated on their home networks because of network war. It really sound silly to me.

Anyway, So yeah.. there goes my top 5. Maybe next time I get to post again the reasons why I love SNSD because I haven't posted anything about them yet. :))

Top 5: Songs of the Week

Haven't been able to post my new list of most-played music lately. There were just so many problems in our country that I couldn't take and it also affected my mood. Well, for the past few weeks there hasn't been any changes until I have realized that last week and maybe this week included these are my top 5 on playlists.

1.) SMS by Miley Cyrus feat. Britney Spears - okay, I never really get to understand the lyrics first but the melody is something that grew on me. I do not know if I am liking Miley's songs now or just the innate fan of Britney inside of me. I love Britney's collaborations really..from S&M of Rihanna and then this. :) Although there are so many scandals about Britney not singing her tracks I still believe that this girl knows how to sing..okaaay!! and she sings really well.

2.) Enough by Julie Ann San Jose - this song really reminds me of Leave by Jojo which was my favorite song when I was in 4th year High School. LOL. The melody and the thought really are the same. I know I am getting sick of it but it just keeps on playing on my player and I couldn't even skip it. LOL

3.) Dear Mom by SNSD - I have always love SNSD's RnB songs. There harmony is really perfect although they have different tones individually. And then there's this song, this was actually released on 2009 during Genie-era. Even if I do not understand the meaning of the song but I can really feel the sincerity of the song and just really touching.

4.) Ringa Linga by Taeyang - as soon as I have heard of this song I already knew that it has a Gdragon-like song on it. And then guess what? It was really Gdragon who wrote this song. Although this is very mellow that what Gdragon sings, I like this song because it was written by Gdragon! Kidding. I like this song because I didn't really think Taeyang can do something like this...and seriously! Taeyang is hot when I saw it's dance video. The lyrics is also very addicting so it's easy to sing with.

5.) Forever by SNSD - this also keeps on getting on the my playlist. Not that I don't like it because as I have mentioned I love SNSD's slow songs. This is like a song for friendship and love, it's very heart-warming and even if I cannot sing it perfectly I can still find myself humming to it's melody :) #LSSalways

Top 5: Songs of the Week

Top 5 songs for this week. Woot Woot!

1.) Im Out by Ciara ft. Nicki Minaj - well, yes this has been a favorite for a couple of weeks. I just saw it's video and it was really hot! lol Nicki Minaj goin for the kill! I love that girl rapping. And because of that this song has been on my "favorites" on my playlist because I wanted to memorize the rap part of the song :)

2.) Good Times by Cassadee Pope - a feel good song, it's so easy to listen and innocently sexy for me :) It reminded me so much of Game of Love by Michelle Branch ft Santana which was my favorite from High School <3. This song has the same vibe so you won't really get sick of hearing it again and again. I can imagine myself hearing this music while on a road trip somewhere. (Iwish!)

Third and fourth would be Black and Crooked by Gdragon. Yes, can't get enough! LOL

5.) A.D.T.O.Y - All Day i Think Of You by 2PM. I just want to be fair with Junho-ssi haha. To be honest this is the first thing that I see when I open my player. Because obviously it starts with "A". So since it's the first thing on my list I often start it there. Lame? Haha But this is really not a bad song..I friggin' love it's chorus. hehe

Sometimes I think if these are my kind of songs although I have mentioned before that these are my kinda-songs. But these songs were totally not my style when I was younger. Oh well, it looks like while the world is revolving, music does and tastes does too :) 

TOP 5: Songs of the Week

Hello, hello, hello! 

It's me again your BJ for today! LOL, I am still not used to the "BJ" word. Sorry for that silly name. :P
I wasn't sure if I would be able to pick top 5 songs this week but we will go ahead and try. Yes! There are really lots of new songs for the past week (or couple of weeks ago) that are stuck on my MOST PLAYED on my phone. Haven't told you I got a new phone already...aww.. I always got kilig when I see it (not really).

Anyhow, let's move on and start the count-up ( countdown ) hehe

1.) Crooked by G-Dragon - yeah, I will give you the right to tell me I am obsessed with G-Dragon nowadays. LOL. IT'S TRUE I WONT DENY IT. That is because of him promoting since early September and his songs are really stuck on my head every time! Take this song for example, I like listening to this before and after I wake up, when I am on my way to work, when I am in the comfort room and everything else in between. Yes! I am just exaggerating, but really one of my fave songs right now, it's so funky..and it's G-Dragon! LOL

2.) Roar by Katy Perry - I don't know but every time Katy Perry released a song it instantly become my theme song! LOL her songs are always pasok sa banga! It's really singable and can easily be related to my life and all others I am sure! I also got to listen to Black Horse, darn it's sexy! And this song ROAR is like a girl-empowerment which I always like! Have you seen the video? It surely is awesome right? Why wouldn't I like it?

3.) Black by G-Dragon ft. Jennie Kim - I think I have mentioned this before on my previous blog. The melody is already catchy, Jennie's voice is soulful and I just read the lyrics and yeah, it's deeper than I thought. Love the chorus actually, this guy really makes a lot of make-sense songs. Mi loveit! :) 


4.) Wrecking Ball by Miley Cyrus - okay, I know the video is also not your kind of video...but just listen to the song, it is really nice. I do not normally understand Miley Cyrus, nor never liked her personally but I think her songs are pretty cool. This song is for those people with a broken heart. Char! But really, love the meaning of the song, I do not sing with it with Miley, but I sing it every idle time I have. hahah #LSS


5.) I really have been contemplating what song would be included on most-played list for this week. LOL Had to check my playlist to confirm, so there's this song from Miley "23" again, actually it's from Mike Will Made It and Miley Cyrus is the "featuring" artist. Dunno about that rapper TBH and hell I cared, I just know there's Miley Cyrus on it. It's a party-rap song, makes you groove. Top 5: Songs of the Week

LOL, it's funny that I have a lot of drafts on my blog because I was supposed to be blogging everyday but I never get to finish it. Hopefully this one goes through. LOL

It's the time of my Top 5 songs of the week again when I am trying to be your BJ (blog jock okay!!) ! LOL Well, not really got stuck on replay but it just boost up my energy when I hear these songs.

Number one on my list is - Our Love by Regine Velasquez from Drawn album. This is actually an old song, and was released 1998 so most likely I wasn't a fan yet. I love the song because I feel in love? Ewww! Cheeseballs! LOL but yeah, for real. From the lyrics itself:
Darlin' our love one loveThat never fades awayOur loveThis love will light the worldAll dayI feel like it's a feel good song, and so adequate for me right now since I am apart from my boyfriend. It's nor our theme song okaaay! But I just love how it fills and explains how I feel lately.
Second on my list is Express 999 by SNSD. This song was included on their I Got a Boy album release early this year..super early like January 1, 2013! LOL. I love the melody of the song, it has different tempo and I feel like you can dance to whatever simple steps into the song. This has gotta be one of my favorite songs in the album, of course it doesn't have a meaning since I don't understand it's lyrics. LOL
Third would be Do You Love Me by 2ne1. This is kinda a party-themed song/dance. The first time I've heard it was the first time I saw the video and the video was awesome! I think not the ordinary korean video. And I also like the dance steps that they have put on the dance, the song  was kind of something that you would like the first time you've heard it but it would just grow old on you. But it's one of my favorite as of the moment. :) 
Number four song is Coup d'Etat by Gdragon. Kwon JiYong is here again, bringing the funky not so ordinary music. This guy is seriously awesome! I only got to hear it on Monday, song was released early this month. He's really fearless and really an artist! I haven't heard of the full album yet, I have heard Black ft. Jennie Kim and there's also a version ft. Sky Ferreira. Both are good but I like Sky's version better since it's easy to the ear and very light. Going back to Coup d'Etat, it's so Gdragon song, upbeat, disco, and boy! his voice is really sexy for me! I also dont know but I am really hooked up to his songs.
The last song should be Into The New World by SNSD. Geez! I wonder why didn't I include this song from the last week's? tsk. I am such a big fan of this song, I believe you have noticed that it sounded like the name of my blog right? No? Well, that is where I got the title of this blog from. This has gotta be the favorite song of all time from SNSD. I never get tired of it even if it has been like 6 years old. This is also a feel good music, love listening to this song every time I work out/gym. So on Monday and Tuesday I went on hiking or walking (LOL) and this was the first song I listen to. It's like everyday is a bright new day song and I love waking up to this song. It's like a booster song to keep me going. Inspiring? YES!

Top 5: Songs of the Week

I have noticed that I have been constantly listening to music for the past few days, in whatever I do (except of course when I'm at work)  and wherever I am. Yes, it's like music is half of me lately. You know being alone most of the time, so when I put my earphones on, then baam! I am in my own world already :)

Below are my top 5 most played songs on my phone. Yes, just my phone, I am cheap like that. Just a quick explanation though, I am not really into gadgets - anymore. Although my brothers are asking me to get an ipod, itouch and etc., I prefer using my phone. It's like all-in-one right? Anyhow, so let me be like a "BJ" for the day. ( uh, that sounds awkward!) what I mean is Blog-jockey heheh 

Number#1 on my list  wherein I usually get stuck on replay button is the latest (not really) song from 2PM. A.D.T.O.Y. Weird right? But yeah it means - All Day I Think Of You .

Why I love the song? The chorus is very singable! (singable?) heheh I do not speak korean nor understand of course but the chorus is just so sexy, so easy, it gets stuck on my ear. Oh Junho is also my favorite 2PM member that's why and he sang the chorus part along with the equally hot Nickhun. I think Junho is the most talented though. Nevermind the rapping on the song because it's just meh. Have you seen the video? YOU-HAVE-TO-SEE-IT! Their dancing is just...! it was freakin.....!! I cant....! LOL yes, my reaction was like that and is when I hear this song :)

I think this kind of beat is ma thang! Ya knaw whatam sayin? LOL I just so love the melody and the lyrics of the song. Even if personally Rihanna is like..... but her music is just awesome! She's amazing singer actually and I like her like that, forget about those personal stuff going on with her life. So, if you read the lyrics it's about the girl who's madly in love with the chick boy guy. I am relating to the song in the sense that I am madly in love...but thank God not to a chick boy! hehehe

I am a fan of both. I love Ciara since Goodies days, she's awesome too right? Her voice is not that strong in Goodies and 1,2 step but this I'm out, I gotta say she's really heard! The rapping skills is not good as Nicki of course but love Ciara's voice in here. Of course Nicki Minaj, my favorite female rapper. Yes, I am a trying hard rapper! LOL I love Nicki's collaboration with artists even with Justin Beiber. Lovin this song because of the melody too and it's like ladies' empowerment, life after break up. I know it's a hommie song but I just love hitting on replay after hearing this. :)

Number#4 I don't know until when will I get tired of this song, but I just really love hearing this vocals from Kim Taeyeon of SNSD's Missing You Like Crazy- www.youtube.com/watch?v=DADCiK6VO6g‎/
The emotion is there, the sadness is there, the voice is there, what more? This song is an OST from King 2 Hearts, a Kdrama that starred Lee Seunggi and my girl crush Ha Ji Won. Actually, not being bias with Ha Ji Won but I liked the song before the drama, I listened to the song first before seeing the drama. But I loved the song even more after the drama :) . I have a lot of reasons of liking the song now LOL.

Sana'y Laging Ganito was originally sang by Karylle and RVA made her own rendition of the song on Fantasy album. I can totally, as in totally! can relate to the song. Even if Regine didn't sing this song, if maybe I get to hear it sang by someone else then I could still like the song. Of course it is dedicated to my boyfriend! waaah! cheeseballs! pardon me for being cheesy sometimes. LOL but yeah seriously, listen to the song, the lyrics and melody, it is such a lullaby for me and fall in love. :)
