My stand - BaekYeon Couple

Apparently I did not blog anything about SNSD's Taeyeon being in a relationship with EXO's Baekhyun for 4 months already. Jeez, Kim Taeyeon is like my second bias in SNSD and I am left out blogging about it. Actually there is a reason to blog and say something about it after the scandal, the hiss and buzz from netizens and backlash of Korean people. I have said it before after Yoona's admission of being in a relationship with Seunggi that when SNSD's Taeyeon, Jessica and Tiffany admit their relationship then there will be a lot of flipping tables and chairs. Although Tiffany's admission to in a relationship with Nichkhun of 2pm (that I didn't blog about too) didn't really have negative buzz because really they have been friends for a long time and people even thought they have always been in a relationship for 4 years lol! But then it is true that SNSD's Taeyeon's admission really had a lot of hates. Not only because Taeyeon is like the most popular female idol of this generation, she is in a relationship with a member of the most popular boy band in Korea right now - EXO that has been into controversy after Kris left (blogged about it :P) Baekhyun. Baekhyun has always been a self-confessed fan of SNSD's Taeyeon even before and a lot of fans were even shipping them but right now that it came true it looks like the reaction has been reversed. Crazy fans!

Let's just no talk about their age difference. Like seriously, even teenagers can date okay! Although I understand that some fans might not accept the relationship but I don't understand why they have to call Baekhyun a traitor on a live show! And then this... For real?! What the hell is happening with the world? 

Do I sound upset?

Because I really am upset about it! It's ridiculous really, why? Can they not date? 

I understand that they are public property because being called celebrities and their popularity are owed to the fans but they actually became idols because of their talents and not because of their personal lives that is supposedly ought to be kept and it's not ought to be meddled by the public! You love them fine, you hate them fine! But these fans (haters) should not go down to this level hurting people who just happened to fell in love. What's HUMANITY? Just at least respect them as people who have feelings too and  they are not even perfect! If they chose to be silent about their relationship then it is their life and it's also because they don't want their relationship to be pressured by the public so they can last. Being called names with no basis is extremely unacceptable. How Baekhyun could have been humiliated about being called a traitor? 

How Taeyeon could have cried in the airport and apologizing when there is no reason to be?

I have mentioned before that Taeyeon is a very sentimental and emotional idol. She has always loved fans as well even created an Instagram account for the fans to see what she is doing, heck! Fans should have even be thankful for sharing a piece of her when she doesn't really have to. I remembered the time that she have written a message to J-Sone in concert to say how thankful she is "being loved and how to be loved" by people and she was like half crying. 

This could also threaten the lives of other idols who wanted to date. And might also lead to separation of Baekyeon-couple and to other idols that are dating secretly right now. Maybe depending on who dates with who. But this new scandal right now of Taeyeon and Baekyun is really getting out of hand. I hope SM would do something to protect their artists. sigh.

Mr. Mr. SNSD Preview

Okay so Feb. 24th, SNSD released their album digitally (Worldwide) with the carrier single Mr. Mr. and then Feb. 26th 2ne1 released their album Crush with the carrier single Come Back Home. I have been watching these two albums on charts and I must say without any bias that 2ne1 is still slaying the chart after 24hours release while SNSD can barely manage to do it for 24hours. Why?

I honestly don't know. 

LOL.

To be honest and without any bias I really like Mr. Mr. album than Crush - this is a mini album by the way. It composed of 6 songs 1 ballad and the rest are like electro-pop, dance songs mostly.

Why do I like it than Crush?

1.) Mr. Mr. is something new for SNSD. When you hear it the first time you'd never even think that SNSD sang this. It doesn't have a hook lyrics unlike "Gee gee gee gee baby" or "Sowoneul Maraebwa" except maybe for the "Mister..mister" lyrics everything is really different from their previous release. And I like it.

2.) The vocals are awesome. Let's be real, Taeyeon, Jessica, Tiffany and Seohyun are really powerful on this song. They have different tone of voice but they match well on this song perfectly. Taeyeon being the lead singer is very impressive although I really have to watch the live performance (which is still gonna be a week from now - March 6th) and see if they would nail the vocals like in the album.

3.) It's classy. I have mentioned this on Instagram and I must say it's not a cheap kind of song like the previous release. Yes, it's not Gee that took the mass appeal. It wasn't Genie that made all the boys salivating but seriously, Mr. Mr. is a very classy album. 

4.) I have seen SNSD from how they started and I must say this is growth. And I know this is what they want. And that is what I want as a listener too - Maturity. The song is not like I Got A Boy and is better than IGAB. You can feel that they're no longer the girls who sang cutesy steps in Gee and Kissing you.

5.) I like that aside from growth I undestand that what SNSD wants is to try something that people do not expect them to be. When the Mr. Mr. teasers were released people were like "oh, another sexy concept" because that is the trend now. But apparently they didn't go to that route and I guess SNSD will never go to that route. SNSD is aiming to lead. They're the number 1 girl group whether you like it or not. They will try something new and keep on trying something new so that audience would know that KPOP is not JUST about cutesy, sexy, rapping and all.  Even if it's a success or not as long as they would try something new you would know that SNSD have tried that already. They aren't scared. And I bet if this album will not be a success then KPOP will be the same as what it is now. They keep on following the same concepts. Which is more disappointing.

My favorites so far on Mr. Mr. album are:

1.) Goodbye - geez, their vocals is soo good! i could listen to it all day long. the depth of their voices is awesome and my Hyo yeon finally got decent lines on this song. 

2.) BackHug - I love the serenity of the song, and the title itself is really sweet "you cover my heart". I think this would be my long time favorite on the list I have for SNSD's ballads

3.) Mr. Mr of course given that again it's something new and vocals are amazing!

4.) Wait a Minute (OMG) this is really chic classy song. love the chorus, it's playing in my head like Mr. Mr. Although my favorite is Goodbye but this song is really catchy.

I hope people would grow up and also give chance to something that they are not familiar of. And if you do not like the song then please don't hate on the people singing it or the management company. It really doesn't make sense :) 

Soshi in a relationship

I still cannot get over the hype that Yoona and Seunggi are dating, LOL. I am still imagining things like how was did LSG courted Yoona or if he ever did? What does Yoona feel at this moment? What are the reactions of Soshi members! Ohhh.~~I just cannot wait for them to come back since for sure there will be a lot of questions about it, although I think they wouldn't talk about it really and would be more focus on the new album more!

Now, a new Soshi member has exposed to be in a relationship as well, and this one is jjang because she was able to keep it as a secret for the whole year!!!! Although there have been speculations about Sooyoung being in a relationship~ YES! Choi Sooyoung! LOLs. I actually thought she was in a relationship with Choi Siwon because I think they really look good together.. hehe But No, she's in a relationship with popular actor Jung Kyoung-ho ~ I don't know him kaay! LOL

Choi Sooyoung along with Hyo yeon were actually the members who have been vocal about wanting to get married early..although I am not saying that Sooyoung is going to get married anytime soon, but she was really the hopeless-romatic type, so it wasn't a surprise that she is in a relationship too. They have like almost 10 year age gap with her current boyfriend ~ why am I not surprised? As per Jessica, Sooyoungie has always been attractive to older men LOL (watch Infinity Note) . It looks like Sooyoung and this guy is actually in a good relationship to be able to keep it for that long in secret..although T-ara's Soyeon was I think the idol who was able to keep a longer relationship in secret. But props to Sooyoung for being visible in the industry now and yet was able to hide her relationship well. :)

In line to that I wouldn't be surprise as well if anytime soon Hyo yeon will be exposed to be in a relationship. Although I thought it was already exposed but since it's not Korean they didn't really make a big deal out of it. But I am pretty sure she's also in a relationship. LOL. I also think Jessica is.. hehehe

Now I am waiting for Yonghwa and Seohyun to admit that they be in a relationship since I ship this Goguma couple really hard! LOL
