Cabilao Summer Vacay

Second outing we've had was Naomi's birthday in Cabilao, Loon Bohol. Although Naomi is my niece, that was just my second time on the island after like 4years I guess. Time flies so fast because Naomi is already 10 years old now, i know!!! But this place actually looks the same as the last time we went. This year's visit is somewhat emotional and memorable for us and Naomi especially. But you know if you are going through something the more you should push yourself to just enjoy and relax. Spent 3days - 2 nights I think on their place.

 

 

This was one of the pictorials we did for Naomi's birthday. Actually, most of the pictures are on my phone. However, this has no filter and looks fine right?

They have their own pool and a beach. 

 

 

I couldn't really get a decent picture from our digital camera so hopefully I can upload some from facebook or from my phone. This us 3.. Noah''s not looking though :)

 

 

And my ever first underwater picture. Actually no, I had one from Movenpick but wasn't clear and decent enough. LOL 

I am not sure if I could go back to this place to be honest. 80% is saying yes because I think I will have all opportunity if I have time but 20% no because I do not want to. Voluntarily saying no. Maybe I can go there again with good company but for now I couldn't think of anyone else to go there (except for family of course) .

EXO - Kris

Okay, I was about to blog about something else but here comes a very interesting one.

I have just recently been a fan of EXO (gosh! I love Growl!) and I spotted this really good looking alien from guy and automatically I liked him because of his cold aura and really good looking. KRIS. 

KRIS is a Chinese-Canadian leader of EXO-M (China group) known as Galaxy FanFan, he is the main rapper of EXO. His striking good looks, tall and cold aura is really something that stand-out. And although he barely has lines on their songs, he still stands out.

News broke yesterday that he sued SM (which is the #1 entertainment industry that manages SNSD, TVXQ, Super Junior, F(x), and Shinee.. and then most recent which is EXO).

Kris allegedly filed a case to nullify his contract with SM Entertainment because of inhumane treatment and having no right to which activity they can do. EXO actually just came back last two weeks ago with "Overdose" and as expected they are doing well, and they even have an upcoming concert. They are in promotion right now. They even have their own reality program "EXO, Showtime!" 

As per AKP the reason of the nullification of the contract is:

"According to several reports, Kris's side has cited that the idol is being treated as if he is an object rather than being respected as an artist. They also mention that SM one-sidedly decided on the schedules, not giving thought to Kris' opinion or his health condition. As they believe that SM is restricting Kris from his basic human right to freedom and his choices career wise, the contract should be nullified."

It is indeed shocking. Not. 

This is not the first time that this happened because last 2009 Hangeng which is from Super Junior also complained about the same thing that Kris is complaining. Apparently, Suju members did not say anything about the incident instead SM dealt with and lost. 

However, now is a different case, apparently,some EXO members have said their opinion about it. The leader of EXO-K commented when they won today: 

"All the members had a conversation. We don't understand Kris' actions at all. Everyone was caught off-guard and have mixed feelings."

Suho continued, "I think Kris' actions are irresponsible and show that he's not thinking about EXO at all. Our members and agency have no issues. What Kris needs to do right now is take back the lawsuit and apologize to the members and company."

Sehun and Chanyeol also posted something to think about post in Instagram and just a few hours ago EXO Tao posted being betrayed in IG. Apparently, EXO's Tao is the one that is closest to Kris and Tao expressed how disappointed he is. 

Some Netizen is saying that those posts are not from EXO members but from the staff of SM. And that it is true that SM have this "slave contract" thing. Some Netizens are cursing SM from left to right now because it is happening again and not to mention on their rising group - EXO.

Movenpick Resort Cebu

I was looking for something to blog about because I was so bored already, while reading any body's blog I realized I have not shared anything about my summer getaways even if summer is almost over. I have my fair-share of summer and soaking under the sun and waters this year so I am very much satisfied! :P

First off, this was actually over the Holy Week when our client told us that our business is closed every Good Friday. So we were all forced to file a leave that day and not bad enough I got to spend three days without work  and with pay(since my rest days are always Saturdays and Sundays). Although  some companies have it longer but still thankful because for a BPO they work non-stop and doesn't even honor holidays. #disadvantage.

My sister's in-laws suggested to stay at their condo unit in Movenpick. It wasn't my first time but never thought about blogging it because there were a loot of blogs about it already. However, this holy week is kind of special because I got to spend it with my closest sibs..ahm..that's a lie. LOL. I just feel that this year's was fun! :) 

Movenpick is now one of the most visited resorts in Cebu - well, in the Philippines. Eversince they have changed it from Hilton to Movenpick Cebu they have been a sight in Cebu (lost for words there). So my sibs and I went there and spent 3 days, since we are occupying the residence we were only asked to pay 300Php for the pool and beach. (posting pics later, let me just finish this before I would lose my liking to post hehe)

 They are boasting about their Ibiza which is pretty much...pretty at night! LOL

Their food which is pretty much yummy throughout but we do not spend her since we bought our own food which is fine because we were like "residence".

But actually what I like about the place is there good customer service. They are very accommodating (atleast for us). There are resorts that would follow and stare at you as if you do not belong there or would ask why are you there? The guard is already a friend to us since he would notice us more so often. Customer service is really a big factor for any business - would really matter. Even if the place is not that nice, if you get there with warm greetings and accommodating staff then it will be a worthy place to stay.

Blogging..

I know I haven't been blogging for a long time that was actually because of the less access of internet in the office and now that we are not allowed to bring our laptops outside. However, I have always been reading blogs and listens to music often when I do not have anything to do and while I was also lazy on creating my own post kekeke. 

As always reading someone else's blogs would really inspire me to the extreme! Extreme like going outside the country and live there! LOL. I have recently read a blog about a teacher who taught english in Korea and I was amazed how  he was so passionate about Korea even if he is from the US which is of course a big country not to mention the most powerful. I wonder if I could really study there? If you want to read it click here. This blog really inspired me to be a teacher, traveler, love for the country and blogger! :) 

Sometimes I wonder and I ask my self what blogging is for? As for the Merriam-Webster - blog defines as...a Web site that contains online personal reflections, comments, and often hyperlinks provided by the writer.

It's your own blog and it's your own story. You can write whatever you want. May it be a reflection of what you have seen, place you have traveled, food that you ate, book you have read, outfit of the day, and kung ano ano lang. May masabi lang.

Some gets inspired (like me) in blogging the effect would most likely be you creating a blog, how to express yourself, and build dreams of the things that you can do in the future.

Some also gets insecure. Why I couldn't go to that place? Why am I not pretty like her? Why am I not productive? Why is the world have yet to discover my existence? 

There are some who are just reading without comprehending. Just bored.

One or the other we always have different understanding on things. There are just blogs that makes you cringe and you couldn't bare to read everything but would just close your browser and shut your computer off. Either they are narcissist, they are too boastful and too much. 

For me personally, blog is like an online journal. It's like talking to a friend, it's like this is what I think, what do you think? It's not meant to be "show-off". There are things that we can express well in writing, talking to one's alter ego like a friend, it's not supposed to be a selfish act too. It's not meant to say that your life is beautiful..rather share to everyone that the world is beautiful. 

But that is just me...how about you? what do you think?

Wedding Proposal <3

Much for the wedding ceremonies I have attended and seen I am really in awe, curious, and amazed on how the marriage proposal made. 

When I was younger Marriage Proposal wasn't really a big deal, if two partners have decided to stay together and get married then they will just plan it, tell the parents for officially taking the hand of the girlfriend from parents , plan the wedding and that's it. But now, it's not that it's totally different but sort of not really in place. 

1.) Couple would talk about the future together which is normal because, you wouldn't be in a relationship without thinking about those. Flirting/fling is not even a relationship so they wouldn't really discuss that right?

2.) Mostly it's the women would share what they want to have and be.. Sometimes, or maybe most of the times it's us who would suggest to our boyfriends on how we want the engagement, wedding, and family life (including place to live in, financial issue and kids) . And it will the boyfriends who will do  the rest. LOL now that I have enumerated it.. I realized how bossy a woman can be. LOL

3.) When it comes to a point that you both are acquainted with your families, a guy makes his move on asking the blessing of GF's family to take her hand without the GF's knowing (this would be romantic right? but this is actually optional and may not happen) 

4.) WEDDING PROPOSAL the boyfriend takes a ring out, kneels and say some thoughtful, cheesy lines and ask " Will you marry me? " 

Let's stop there.. LOL

I have read two wedding proposal stories today. One from Bianca Gonzales and the other from Saab Magalona on their blogs. And I felt overwhelmed even if it wasn't me on their shoes. LOL 

I think right now aside from getting married, wearing that white gown and having own family..having a very touching and amazing wedding proposal is a dream for every woman especially if we are on a long-time relationship. And it makes me wonder how is it gonna be with mine? LOL Will I go with the traditional? Or the modern way and get my own wedding proposal?

It would be a shame if you and your boyfriend have not talked about it yet right? And I must admit we did too. However, I had a lot of conditions before we go to that and I know my boyfriend being so obedient so he would most likely follow me. LOL or am I just assuming? It could be something different but what I have planned would most likely the one to be followed. LOL

Incidentally and it's funny that I got to read those blogposts today. April 27th, 2014. Rimond and I are celebrating our first year anniversary of being boyfriend - girlfriend. We actually do not celebrate these occasions much (20days, monthsary, and 300days), I really do not want to put pressure on him. Today, it's not like he is going to propose right? And I am pretty sure I wouldn't even accept that. LOL and I am assuming. kekeke

Whether wedding proposal is every girl's dream or not and as much as I want to have like this as well, what is more important is really the relationship you both have. Wedding proposals are still not as important as wedding, heck, you can even get married without that. It's just plainly for a woman's satisfaction and want. 

TOP 5: Songs of the Week

Has been long time that I have not listed my top 5 songs of the week. I do not really have enough time before and even now but I just wanna share the songs that I am enjoying lately. So here we go:

1.) Goodbye by SNSD - This is from the Mr. Mr. album, track#5 LOL. I really like the tone, phase and SNSD's voice in here (especially Hyo yeon's). Of course I didn't understand the meaning of it but the soul was there, tried to look it up online and found out this was a story of a lovers separation. This is a classic song, I have been repeating the song since it was released on February 24th and I haven't been sick of it so far. LOL.

2.) I could be bias but the next song is Europa by SNSD on the same album Mr. Mr. This is not because I like this song, I don't hate it either but actually this is I think what my player keeps on playing on my player when I turn it on. LOL coincidence yes. I didn't bother to look up for the story of this song but the melody is like classic as well, it's like a song from the 80's. I feel like this song is for Jessica Jung, every time I hear it I can only hear Jessica's voice. LOL

3.) Crush by 2ne1 okay, I hate to admit. I know I have posted it before that 2ne1 always has the same genre of songs (except last year's release that didn't really do well but I liked most of it ) . I have to admit that the first time I heard it became an LSS for a couple of times already, because of the lyrics being sing-able "They love me coz I'm hot, they love me coz I'm cold, they love me coz I'm real, they love me coz I kill". See? lol I understand why people are saying that 2ne1's songs are really good. The meaning are also making sense unlike some SNSD songs that their lyrics are sometimes weird or cheesy? but with 2ne1 there's really a clear story of it...but then that is because of the rapping. You know if you talk to much with a beat you can get a song out of it. So, 2ne1 is like that. This song is the only song that I like repeating on my player. It's cool. Really.

4.) Backhug by SNSD ... yes! still under Mr. Mr. the album. LOL. This is basically a easy-to-listen-to song. It's very cheesy okaaay, but what I also like about SNSD's ballad song is that you can really feel it. I do not know how they do it but even if I do not understand the lyrics for some reason it hits me and it doesn't go away easily. Just like now I am LSS'ng humming this song :) 

5.) Mr. Mr. I have to say this is the least favorite. But then I have to keep on playing it on YT. LOL I have to and kinda get addicted to it. I have to make SNSD win on music shows. LOL So, on this way the greater the views on the MV then the more chances of winning. LOL. Actually the song is really not that bad, it's classic. I see myself listening to it on the next years or after five years and say that it is a song that I can listen to well. The music video is daebak~! I love the dance break that is also why I keep watching it on YT! My Hyo yeon is jjang, and it's amazing how they can be so feminine and boyish at the same time. :) 

So that wraps up my list for this week and for the past week :) next time again~!!

These GIFs above are from today's Healing Camp. My heart really goes out for Taeyeon. Last year during You Hee-yeol Sketchbook they were asked who feels lonely inspite of being successful and Kid Leader stood up it broke my heart.

This lady really some kind of depression within her. And although she's one of the most popular (if not the most popular) member of SNSD who would have thought she is like this? Wae Taeng?

She is a very emotional woman, and I wonder where it is coming from. She worries a lot. 

• When she was an SM trainee years ago she even share she ran away from practice because she was scared.
• And then when they debuted and being the eldest she became the leader she felt that she had to bare the weight. 
• I remembered from one show before wherein the 9members had to draw something on an island and the psychologist said that..she saw Taeng on the side letting her members draw their plans on that picture just goes to prove how unselfish she is for her members.
• When they won the Daesang on 2010 and everyone cried and were hugging each other Taeyeon was there at the back and was consoling herself. Not that the members did not reach out to her but felt like she was feeling the same feeling as the other members and she couldn't even stop herself from crying, what more with the other members. She had to be strong.
• One of her characteristics as an ahjumma-taeng was that she would pack  goodies from the food if they are in waiting room so they can eat something later on, share it with the members.
• She said before that she cannot imagine herself going solo, because there are so many things she is lacking and only SNSD members can fill that space. And same with the other way around, that is what makes the group perfect.

She is very warm indeed. And these are just few of the reasons why I love Taeyeon. She's very sensitive, and I wish someone can take care of her if other members of SNSD gets their boyfriends already.
